Hello everyone!
If you are reading this, I want to thank you — this food blog was such a huge part of my life and creative journey, but it has been a whopping four years since my last post, and almost FIVE years since the last recipe — and your continued support and kind comments have continued to warm my heart through all that time. Thank you!
But now you might be wondering, what’s Willow up to now? And that’s what this update is all about!
A couple of weeks ago I launched my brand-spankin’ new YouTube channel, all about art! I’ve been doing art for years, in all kinds of mediums (ink, watercolor, gouache…) and now I’ve taken the leap to share my artistic journey with you! If you’re an artist, aspiring artist, or just a creative person in general, than my videos might be for you. My aim is to share the good, the bad, the ugly, and take you with me as I improve my own art skills and work through the mental hurdles I think all creatives are familiar with like perfectionism, self-doubt, and burnout.

Hi, just discovered you and some of your receipes. I am planning on trying the spiraling cuke n carrot dish for dinner tonight(with grilled chicken). My garden runneth over with cukes, not the English variety but I’m going to try anyway. Perhaps I’ll sprinkle the cuke spirals with a bit of salt to draw out some of the water .
Ooveh I also am overwhealmed with zucchini and I think I shall try this receipe with same
