I've always had a thing for quotes. Particularly the short, poignant kind that make me feel just a little bit sad for never having thought of them myself, but also the eloquent kind, the funny kind, and the all-together unusual kind. There's something so intriguing about a set of words removed from context, plucked from whence they were said and set apart to stand on their own. Little pieces of utterance just searching for new meaning, new context, new ways to be interpreted, new places where they fit...
